Having a healthy baby depends on many factors, including healthy sperm. The great news is that we can quickly diagnose the most common causes of male infertility and can help out. Even in cases where no sperm are found in the ejaculate, sperm may be retrieved from the testicle using minimally invasive techniques. Once sperm is a retriever, pregnancy is possible with ICSI.

Testicular Sperm Extraction: In most circumstances, TESE is performed with a local anesthetic but requires a small incision to expose the testicular tissue. This procedure may confirm the presence of sperm.

Microscopic Epididymal Sperm Aspiration: With this procedure, sperm are retrieved by direct exposure of a single epididymal tubule using high magnification provided by a surgical microscope. It generally allows the highest quantity of sperm to be a retriever.
