Procedure details
Rhinoplasty (Nose job)
The first part of the consultation with our Board-certified plastic surgeon process entails discussing your nasal shape, concerns, and goals. The nose procedure is tailored to your specific requirements, followed by examining your nasal shape and structure of the nose.Rhinoplasty is performed either using a closed procedure, where incisions are hidden inside the nose, or an open procedure, where an incision is made across the columella, the narrow strip of tissue that separates the nostrils. For a few days, splints and gauze packing may support the nose as it begins to heal.
Rhinoplasty – complete nose surgery
The procedure involves:- Reducing the prominence of nose bumps
- Reshaping the nasal tip
- Narrowing the nose
- Straightening and improving breathing
The incisions are made within the nostrils, resulting in no visible scarring post-surgery. Patients are required to spend one night at the clinic in Prague for observation.
Rhinoplasty with Septoplasty
Septoplasty can improve the shape of the nose and also modify breathing. After the septoplasty, nasal splint is applied to the nose, and nasal packing is inserted into the nostrils. The splint must be left in place for 14 days and should not be removed or soaked during this time.Once the nasal splint is removed, the patient should perform nose massages on a daily basis to prevent scarring and relieve the skin. Sports activities can be resumed three weeks after the rhinoplasty with septoplasty surgery.
The entire surgery is carried out from the cuts in the nostrils; no scars are visible after the surgery. The treatment requires 1-2 days of hospitalisation.
Tip Rhinoplasty – Nose Tip
Tip Rhinoplasty surgery is a popular procedure that can help to improve the aspect of the nose. Nose Tip surgery is a less invasive version of traditional rhinoplasty. We look for the best golden ratio of the individual´s face and complete the design of the nose tip. If your nasal tip is too large, too narrow, drooping down, or pointing up, it can make your whole face look disproportionate. It can make your nose look bulky or pointy.Tip Rhinoplasty can also be done as a part of a full nose job. Nose Tip surgery can involve several surgical techniques that all aim to change how the tip of your nose looks.

Rhinoplasty cost
Rhinoplasty in Prague starts from €3,415, up to 50 percent less than the same procedure in the UK, Ireland or Germany. The difference comes from lower operating costs in the Czech Republic, not from lower standards. Our surgeons are board certified and operate in accredited Prague hospitals under EU medical regulations.
Which procedure fits you
We offer three options. A complete rhinoplasty reduces nose bumps, reshapes the tip, narrows the nose and straightens the septum to improve breathing. Rhinoplasty with septoplasty combines reshaping with a functional correction and requires 1 to 2 days of hospitalisation. Tip rhinoplasty is a less invasive option for a tip that is too large, too narrow, drooping or pointing up, and can also form part of a full nose job.
Recovery
Most procedures use the closed technique, with incisions made inside the nostrils, so no scars are visible after surgery. Splints and gauze packing support the nose for the first few days. After rhinoplasty with septoplasty the nasal splint stays in place for 14 days and must not be removed or soaked, and once it is off you should massage the nose daily to prevent scarring. Sport can be resumed three weeks after surgery.
