Do you provide any guarantee for the veneers and crowns?

arrow-procedures

Our clinic offers a 2-year guarantee on crowns and veneers. If your veneers are damaged through no fault of your own, we will replace them free of charge. The guarantee remains valid with proper care and regular dental hygiene check-ups.

Please note that damage caused by external trauma, such as accidents, injuries, or biting hard objects, is not covered. Travel expenses related to any corrective visits are the client’s responsibility.

Does the veneer treatment hurt?

arrow-procedures

No, veneer treatment is generally pain-free. A local anaesthetic is always used during tooth preparation and related procedures to ensure complete comfort.

For smaller cases (two to four veneers), most patients experience little to no discomfort once the anaesthetic wears off. In larger cases (eight or more veneers), mild gum soreness or slight jaw discomfort may occur but typically subsides quickly and is easily managed.

How can I make sure my veneers match my natural teeth?

arrow-procedures

Many patients choose a slightly whiter shade for their veneers and then whiten their natural teeth to achieve a harmonious look. However, whitening cannot guarantee a perfect colour match. For the most seamless and consistent result, we recommend treating all visible teeth with veneers.

How durable are porcelain veneers, and how long do they last?

arrow-procedures

With proper care, porcelain veneers can enhance your smile for well over a decade. Our dentists use only premium-quality porcelain and the most advanced bonding materials to ensure lasting strength and beauty. Avoid using your veneers to open or cut objects, as this can cause damage. If a veneer is accidentally chipped or broken, it can usually be replaced individually. Veneers require no special maintenance beyond regular brushing, flossing, and professional dental cleanings every six months, along with annual check-ups.

How long do teeth whitening results last?

The longevity of teeth whitening results varies from person to person. Lifestyle habits such as smoking or frequent consumption of coffee, red wine, or acidic foods can cause discoloration to return more quickly. On average, professional teeth whitening results can last for several years. Even if some fading occurs over time, occasional touch-ups can easily restore your bright, radiant smile.

How long does it take to fit a dental crown/dental veneer?

The treatment typically takes three working days, with a final visit for placement and adjustment:

  • Day 1: The tooth is prepared by removing any decay and shaping it as needed. A precise digital impression is then taken using advanced 3D scanning technology.

  • Day 2: Your custom crown or veneer is crafted in our on-site laboratory to ensure exceptional quality, fit, and aesthetics.

  • Day 3: You return for final placement, bite adjustment, and a thorough comfort and appearance check.

  • This streamlined process ensures precise, durable, and natural-looking results within a short timeframe.

How long does it take to get a Hollywood smile?

    arrow-procedures

You can achieve a full Hollywood smile, a complete set of veneers or crowns, in as little as two days. Thanks to our in-house dental laboratory, all restorations are designed and crafted on-site, allowing us to complete even full smile makeovers quickly and with exceptional precision.

How many veneers do I need?

    arrow-procedures

Our dentists will recommend the ideal number of veneers based on your bite and the width of your smile. To make an accurate assessment, we’ll need photos of your teeth. For the most balanced and natural-looking result, it’s best to choose an even number of veneers, typically six, eight, ten, or twelve.

How should I care for my veneers?

    arrow-procedures

Maintain your veneers by brushing twice daily for two minutes, flossing regularly, and wearing a bite guard at night if recommended. Avoid biting hard foods such as nuts or using your front teeth to crack shells, as this can damage the veneers. Proper care will help keep your veneers strong and beautiful for many years.

What does dental veneer treatment involve?

    arrow-procedures

The process begins with an initial consultation, where the dentist assesses your overall oral health, checks for cavities or previous root canal treatments, and takes a dental X-ray to confirm your suitability for veneers.

Our experienced dentist will then discuss your goals, including desired tooth shape and shade, and address any questions or concerns.

To prepare the teeth, a thin layer of enamel is gently removed, a process that takes about 2–3 hours.

  • In-house lab: Veneers are ready within 2–3 hours.

  • External lab: Production takes about 2 days.

  • Once ready, a try-in session allows you to preview your new smile and request any adjustments. When you’re satisfied, the veneers are permanently bonded with dental cement.

Treatment for one jaw can be completed in a single day using our in-house lab or within three days if an external lab is used.

What happens if one of my veneers or crowns falls off?

    arrow-procedures

Although rare, a veneer or crown may occasionally come loose. If this happens, carefully save the restoration and contact our office. We will arrange a free appointment to have it reattached as soon as possible. While the veneer or crown is off, your tooth may be sensitive to cold foods or drinks. If you are unable to visit us, a local dentist can usually re-cement the veneer or crown, provided it has not been damaged.

What is the most common reason for replacing veneers?

    arrow-procedures

Porcelain veneers are very durable and rarely break under normal circumstances. However, if gum recession occurs, the tooth root may become exposed, prompting some patients to replace their veneers for aesthetic reasons.

The veneered teeth remain healthy and protected as long as proper oral hygiene is maintained — including regular brushing, flossing, and dental check-ups.

To extend the lifespan of your veneers, it’s best to avoid habits that place unnecessary stress on them, such as nail-biting, chewing on straws or pens, using your teeth to open packages, or pulling on clothing with your teeth.

What materials and technology do you use?

    arrow-procedures

We use the CAD/CAM Cerec technology and porcelain (full-ceramic) materials.

CAD/CAM stands for “computer-aided design / computer-aided manufacturing”. Our dentists use CAD/CAM systems to design and create crowns, bridges, dentures, and other prostheses more quickly than was possible before.

Using advanced 3D printing technology, CAD/CAM turns a computer model into physical reality. This system enables us to provide treatments, such as crowns and veneers, in a single visit or just few days.

Will I need gum contouring/gum surgery?

    arrow-procedures

In some veneer or crown cases, gentle gum contouring can enhance the overall aesthetic result by creating better symmetry and lengthening shorter teeth. The procedure is quick, minimally invasive, and causes little to no additional discomfort. For optimal precision and comfort, we use advanced laser technology for gum contouring.
